Grand Opening Exhibition

Pat Musick: Sculptures and Collages is a series of large scale works on paper and sculpture. The theme addresses life processes… this time that of aging. As an environmental artist, Musick uses fall Vermont trees as a metaphor for this life passage. Although the trees are dropping their garment, the heart and soul (trunk and branches) remain strong and alive. There are no roots, however, as the trees levitate delicately between earth and the heavens.
